Better late than never

Did you hear the one about the fledgling business owner who was too busy to put beautiful photos up of her gorgeous family on holiday for almost two months? But with the Christmas rush behind me I feel like I am emerging from the fog, so FINALLY I can pop up some photos from our trip to Peregian at the beginning of November. As you can see we had a fabulous time and had a ball spending time as our little family of four. Enjoy.  And next post?  Christmas photos!!!

A little bit Christmassy

 It is December.  How did that happen? But in keeping with tradition we put our Christmas tree up yesterday and we had these two little munchkins to help us.  Although they weren't really that helpful and actually seemed hell bent on destroying the tree before we got it finished! The tree looks beautiful.  But not in the traditional sense.  In fact there are clashing silver and gold baubles, blue baubles and red tinsel.  Gone are the well co-ordinated trees of my Christmas's past.  Now we have a tree that is a thing of beauty simply because some little people helped put it up.  I think it actually needs even more tacky decorations and some homemade Christmas craft ones too. But the tree must have looked appealing to someone because when we came out this morning there was the most beautiful little red door just next to the tree. On top of the door were some chocolate santas and a tiny little letter from Santa.  Basically the elves and fairies are going to use
