Yes we are in Bali. Again. We can't help it. We LOVE the place. In typical fashion we headed up to Ubud for the first three nights as our 'decompression chamber' so we could get into holiday mode and ease into the madness of Bali. We loved returning to Alam Shanti but did notice that Ubud was getting a bit too touristy, what with the introduction of Starbucks! The kids only took a day to get with the difference in time schedule, thanks to an intensive week prior attempting to adjust their sleep clocks. The first morning we were all up waiting nearly two hours for breakfast to be delivered but after that all was fine. The next three nights were spent at Sanur, a place we love for its prime beachfront position and calm ocean. This time had been mainly splashing around in the pool and building sand castles on the beach.
